Return & Refund Policy

At Shraddha Graphics, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing and advertising services. Since most of our products are customized as per customer requirements, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

1. Non-Returnable Products

  • All printing products (letterheads, visiting cards, billbooks, banners, T-shirts, etc.) are customized and printed on order.

  • As these items are made specifically for you, returns or cancellations are not accepted once printing has started.

2. Eligible for Return/Replacement

We will accept returns or provide replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The printing has errors that differ from the approved design (e.g., wrong size, color, or content mistake made by us).

  • You received the wrong product.

👉 Note: Any mistakes in the design/file provided by the customer (such as spelling errors, low-resolution images, wrong content) are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product if there is an issue.

  • Provide order details and clear photos/videos of the defect/damage.

  • Our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps.

4. Refund Policy

  • If the issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved with a reprint/replacement, a full or partial refund may be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before printing/production starts.

  • Once the job has entered production, cancellation is not possible.
